My story
Ángela, Physiotherapist and Coach
After working for 10 years as a physiotherapist and living in two of the countries with the highest quality of life — Iceland and Australia — I've brought together all my professional and life experience into a method created to help my patients beyond the treatment table.
There I learned something that is now at the heart of my work: caring for health isn't only about treating the symptom, but about supporting the whole person. Body, mind and environment are connected, and when one falls out of balance, the others feel it.

My mission
Helping you live with less pain and more calm
My mission is to support people who carry sustained stress and pain that won't go away, so they can reconnect with their body and regain their calm. I don't treat isolated symptoms: I work with you holistically, combining manual therapy, movement, breathing and habit change.
I believe in realistic, sustainable health. It's not about doing more, but about doing what truly cares for you — at your own pace and with close, personal support.
