6 in-person table sessions over 12 weeks, with constant remote follow-up (WhatsApp, video calls, videos and audios). The frequency adapts to your availability.
Yes. The full programme is paid in a single payment of €390 or in two instalments of €195. If you come from the trial week, the €85 is deducted from the total.
